Water Hygiene Convenience: Law Internship Programme in Pretoria
Water Hygiene Convenience (WHC) company is currently searching for a Legal Administrator with sound knowledge to perform a wide range of legal, administrative and office support activities for the company to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. This is a 12 months long internship programme and the intern will receive a stipends of R5,000 per month during their placement.

Field of Study :
- Bachelor’s degree (Law or Administration)
Requirements:
- Must be computer literate, with competence in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel and Outlook )
- Must be articulate, professional and have a good command of both spoken and written English
- Age 18-35 and driver’s license is an advantage
- Must reside in Pretoria or willing to relocate
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
The successful candidates will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Handle general clerical duties, including processing invoices and tracking expenses
- Updating the company of the legal requirements
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
- Research on legal issues and draft feedback to Managers when required
- Must be able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Reporting on key responsibility areas.
- Administration of all legal matters including (general litigation and legal queries etc)
- Assist with report compilation
