If you are applying for multiple choices<br>2.1. For the 3rd and further choices of Post Graduate qualifications; you only complete the enrolment <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.smu.ac.za\/download\/162\/new-category\/257227\/pgr-01-enrolment-for-pg-dip-hons-masters-doctoral-copy.pdf\">form<\/a><\/strong> for each PG choice and send the form(s) to\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:postgrad.studies@smu.ac.za\">postgrad.studies@smu.ac.za<\/a><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Upload the following documents<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Copy of your ID\/passport document (compulsory).<\/li><li>Copy of your final Grade 11 results or your National Senior\/Matric\/ IEB Certificate (if you have already completed Grade 12).<\/li><li>Copy of your degree certificate(s) and academic record(s) (if you attended other universities).<\/li><li>Copy of your marriage certificate\/divorce decree (if applicable).<\/li><li>Proof of non-refundable application fee payment of R200.<\/li><li>All non-South African citizens and non-permanent residents are required to obtain a study permit prior to registering as students.
