Important Dates for UWC Online Registration 2025:
- Undergraduate (Returning), Honours, and PG Diploma/Certificate:
08 January 2025 – 07 February 2025
This includes returning undergraduate students, as well as students pursuing honours and postgraduate diploma or certificate courses. - PhD and Masters (New and Returning):
08 January 2025
All new and returning PhD and Masters students are required to complete their registration starting from 08 January 2025. - New and First-Time Entry Students:
08 January 2025 – 31 January 2025
If you’re a new student or first-time entrant, your registration period extends until 31 January 2025.
Please note that the 2025 First Semester (First Term) at UWC will officially begin on Monday, 10 February 2025.
