Minimum Requirements

Key Responsibilities
As a SHE Intern, your role will include a variety of tasks to support the department and enhance your skills:
- Update SHE Procedures: Assist in keeping SHE procedures up to date as required.
- Risk Assessments: Participate in reviewing and conducting risk assessments, and analyzing aspects and impacts related to safety and health.
- Incident Investigations: Support in investigating incidents and recommending corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Communication: Ensure effective communication of changes in procedures and safety updates through meetings, notice boards, and digital channels.
- Safety Training Support: Help organize and plan safety training sessions with facilitators.
- SHE Statistics: Compile necessary SHE statistics and reports.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work with coordinators to implement audit plans and address corrective actions (e.g., hygiene checks, first aid box inspections, area inspections).
- Maintain Trackers: Keep track of all SHE activities and initiatives with detailed action trackers.
- Key Projects: Take on two key projects to improve personal SHE skills and contribute to enhancing SHE practices at Unilever.
- Contractor Inductions: Conduct SHE inductions for contractors to ensure everyone is aligned with safety standards.
