Duties and responsibilities:
Gain exposure in the following areas:
- Assist walk in clients
- Attend to queries and refer to relevant person.
- Answer telephone and attend to telephone queries.
- File documents.
- Capture appointments in the register.
- Update invoice register.
- Issue stationery and keep record of stationery issued.
- Assist with copying and printing of documents when necessary.
- Assist with general ad-hoc administration related duties.
Inherent requirements:
- A relevant bachelor’s degree.
Required competencies:
- Basic computer skills in MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work within a team.
The following criteria apply to the selection of candidates:
- Not currently participating in an existing learnership/internship programme.
- Willing to sign a learnership/internship agreement with the UFS.
- Candidate must be available for a period of one (1) year.
- Postgraduate qualification will serve as a recommendation.
