Toyota Graduate Programme provides bright and energetic individuals with an immersive experience. The graduate programme based in Durban and Johannesburg, offers learners the opportunity of a structured journey with wide career progression in various sectors.
The Toyota Way Pillars of Continuous Improvement and Respect for people are the foundation of the Graduate Programme which strives to develop excelling individuals through a combination of 70% on-the-job development, 20% classroom training and 10% mentorship.

The required qualifications are in the field of:
- Mathematics
- Statistics
- Computer Science
2. Chartered Accountant
- A suitably qualified Chartered Accountant, registered with SAICA
3. Mechatronics
- Qualification in Mechatronics
- Applicants must be in their final year of studying or have completed the required qualification
4. Information Technology
- Qualification in Information Technology
- Applicants must be in their final year of studying or have completed the required qualification
4. Mechanical Engineering
- Qualification in Mechanical Engineering
- Applicants must be in their final year of studying or have completed the required qualification
5. Finance
- Qualification in Finance or equivalent
- Applicants must be in their final year of studying or have completed the required qualification
6. Industrial Engineering
- Qualification: Industrial Engineering
- Applicants must be in their final year of studying or have completed the required qualification
7. Human Resources
- Qualification in Human Resources or equivalent
- Applicants must be in their final year of studying or have completed the required qualification
8. Chemical Engineering
- Qualification in Chemical Engineering
- Applicants must be in their final year of studying or have completed the required qualification
9. Economics
- Qualification in Economics or equivalent
- Applicants must be in their final year of studying or have completed the required qualification
10. Marketing
- Qualification in Marketing or equivalent
