The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development (DOJ&CD) invites South African unemployed graduates and N6 TVET students to apply for the Graduate Internship and In-Service Training Programme 2025.

Internship Application Closing Date: 02 May 2025
Internship Duration: 12 or 24 Months (depending on the position)
Internship Location: National Office and All Provinces, South Africa

1. Legal Court Admin Graduate Internship – Court Administration (18 Posts)
   • Requirement: Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
   • Stipend: R7 450.75 per month
   • Centres: All Provinces
2. Maintenance Investigators/Officers Graduate Internship – Maintenance (90 Posts)
   • Requirement: Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
   • Stipend: R7 450.75 per month
   • Centres: All Provinces
3. Interpreter Graduate Internship – Language Practice (65 Posts)
   • Requirement: National Diploma or BA in Legal Interpreting, Translation, African Languages, Language Practices
   • Stipend: R7 450.75 per month

4. Family Law Graduate Internship – Family Advocate (20 Posts)
   • Requirement: Bachelor of Laws (LLB)

8. Candidate Attorney Programme
   • DOJ&CD-funded (90 Posts) – 24 Months
   • SASSETA-funded (50 Posts) – 12 Months (Must have completed or be enrolled for PLT)
   • Requirement: Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
   • Stipend: R7 450.75 (DOJ&CD) / R7 000.00 (SASSETA)
9. Control Room Operators Graduate Internship – Security (150 Posts)
   • Requirement: Grade 12 with General Security Practices and Control Room Operations; PSIRA registration
   • Stipend: R4 000.00 per month
10. TVET Internship – Administration (20 Posts)
    • Requirement: N6 Certificate in Management Assistant, Public Administration, Business Management or Legal Assistant
    • Stipend: R4 500.00 per month
11. Graduate Internship – Finance and Supply Chain Management (20 Posts)
    • Requirement: BCom SCM, BCom Law, Accounting, Auditing, Financial Management, Logistics, etc.
    • Stipend: R7 450.75 per month
12. IT Coordinators Graduate Internship – ICT (28 Posts)
    • Requirement: National Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, etc.
    • Stipend: R7 450.75 per month
13. Graduate Internship – Internal Audit and Forensic (10 Posts)
    • Requirement: National Diploma or Degree in Internal Audit or Accounting
    • Stipend: R7 450.75 per month
