The requirements for Stellenbosch Univerity are as follows:

Student Internship: Media and Communications

A relevant qualification in Journalism/Media Studies;
The ability to work effectively as part of a support team;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Good computer skills with regards to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
Good written and verbal communication skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
The ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, as well as independently;
The ability to prioritize effectively;
Accuracy in performing administrative tasks;
Good time management skills;
The ability to respect and maintain confidentiality;
Willingness and availability to work after hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
