Programme Overview:

Steinmüller Africa is offering a structured Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Programme for recent graduates in engineering disciplines. This is a permanent opportunity designed to provide practical exposure and professional development within the construction and engineering sector.

Engineering Fields Considered:

  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Structural Engineering
  • Civil Engineering
  • Chemical Engineering

Minimum Requirements:

  • B.Eng. or B.Sc. degree in one of the above disciplines
  • Must provide proof of successful completion (academic transcripts will be considered for shortlisting)
  • A valid driver’s licence is advantageous (EITs may travel to project sites)
