Sibanye-Stillwater invites South African unemployed youth to apply for Learnership Programme 2024 / 2025.

Minimum Required Qualification:

Mechanical Fitting (Including Machining):
- N2 with Mathematics, Engineering Science, Engineering Drawing, and Fitting (Including Machining) Trade Theory.
- OR National Certificate Vocational (NCV) Level 4 in Electrical Infrastructure Construction or Engineering and Related Design (all trades) with at least 40% in all subjects.
- OR Grade 12 with Mathematics, Physical Science, Engineering Graphics and Design, and relevant trade theory, with at least 40% in all subjects.

Minimum Required Qualification:

Plater/Welder:
- N2 with Mathematics, Engineering Science, Plating and Structural Steel Drawings, and Plater’s Trade Theory.
- OR NCV Level 4 in Engineering-related trades with at least 40% in all subjects.
- OR Grade 12 with Mathematics, Physical Science, Engineering Graphics and Design, and relevant trade theory, with at least 40% in all subjects.

Minimum Required Qualification:

Learner Miner:
- Grade 12 with Mathematics (not Mathematical Literacy) and English.

Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as per a risk-based medical examination at Sibanye-Stillwater Occupational Health Care Centre.
Be recommended based on interview outcomes.
Clear security screening results.
Applicants with Section 28 or 26D Trade Certificates will not be considered.
The selection process includes an interview and psychometric assessment.
Applicants must submit a fully completed CV, certified copies of ID, qualifications, and statements of results.
