Schneider Electric invites South African students to apply for Bursary Programme 2025.

The Schneider Electric Bursary Programme is designed to support students pursuing undergraduate studies in various STEM fields, including Computer Science, Engineering, and Informatics.

Fields of Study Eligible for Bursary:

• Computer Science (BCom)
• Electrical Engineering (BEng/BEngTech/BScEng)
• Industrial Engineering (BEng/BEngTech/BScEng)
• Informatics (BCom)
• Information Systems (BCom)
• Mechatronics (BEng/BEngTech/BScEng)
• Software Engineering (BEng/BEngTech/BScEng)

Expenses Covered:

The bursary covers:

• Full tuition fees
• Accommodation
• Books
• Living allowance

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following requirements:

1. South African citizenship.
2. Be studying towards a degree in one of the specified fields.
3. Second, third, or fourth-year student (or postgraduate in exceptional cases).
4. Studying at a recognized and accredited South African university.
5. Minimum average:
   • 70% (for 1st or 2nd year students)
   • 65% (for 3rd-year students)
6. Proof of financial need.

3. Proof of acceptance at the university (on institution’s letterhead).
4. Curriculum Vitae.
