The Sasol Group Technology has partnered with Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator (“Harambee”) to source, work ready and place candidates in the Sasol Group Technology environment on a 12 month graduate development programme.
Harambee’s strategic intent is to accelerate inclusive youth employment by reaching young people from poor households in search of their first job who are at high risk of long-term unemployment and pathwaying them into the economy. Harambee has over the 6 years placed over 35 000 young people into employment with some of South Africas leading employers, such as Sasol.

- LLB / BComm (Law)
- Engineering or other qualifiable technical degrees (e.g. Quantity Surveying).
Requirements
- Have a green barcode SA ID book
- Be between the ages of 18 to 34 years’ old
- Have a valid SA identity document
- Have NOT been permanently employed for more than 12 months
- Hold one of the above listed qualifications
- Reside in Sasolburg or Secunda (or able to relocate at own cost
