The South African Music Performance Rights Association (SAMPRA)invites unemployed graduates to apply for Internship Programme 2024 / 2025.

The South African Music Performance Rights Association (SAMPRA) Development Fund has internship opportunities for graduates who want to develop their skills and experience in their fields of study. The successful intern will be placed at Sony Music Publishing Africa’s Satellite office in Rosebank. All applicants must have completed a qualification in the related field of study at an accredited institution.
The Internship will be for a period of 12 months at Sony Music Publishing Africa. All placed interns will receive a stipend of R6 500.00 per month.
The following Internship Opportunities are open for Applications:
Copyright and Administration Internship
Must have a completed a qualification in:
- Administration
- Commerce
- or related fields
Must have Knowledge of copyright, contractual law and music publishing administration,
Creative and A&R (Artists and Repertoire) Internship
Must have a completed a qualification in:
- Public Relations
- Marketing
- Communications
- or related fields
Must have Knowledge of digital media
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal,
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint,
- Should be close or a driving distance to Rosebank
- Passionate about music and positive energy.
