SAB: Technical Traineeships 2024
SAB invites South African unemployed graduates to apply for the Technical Traineeship Programme 2023 / 2024.

Location: Chamdor Brewery, Krugersdorp, Gauteng
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Hands-on Training: Trainees are expected to undergo a hands-on, self-study program to fully grasp the theory, principles, and operations of Utilities equipment within the Brewery.
- Project Participation: Engage in projects related to Utilities that align with the programme’s requirements and the brewery’s priorities.
- Application of VPO Principles: Apply Value-Added Process Optimization (VPO) principles in the context of the Brewery’s Utilities operations.
- Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Address systemic and situational problems, applying analytical skills to diagnose issues and troubleshoot them effectively.
- Participation in Team Structures: Engage actively within the Utilities team structure, potentially taking on leadership roles and communicating learnings and solutions across different levels of the business.
Minimum Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: A minimum of a BSc or B-Tech degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering is required to be eligible for the programme.
