- National Diploma/ Degree/BTech Degree in Economic Science Social Science or Business administration Development /Community Studies.
- Certificate in Project Management (Advantageous).
- Duration 24 Months. Must not have previous internship experience.

- Applicants must Unemployed, must not have participated in any internship or in-service training before.
- Must be between ages of 18 -35.
