Rand Refinery invites South African unemployed graduates to tutor Grade 12 learners at three schools in and around Ekurhuleni.

Are you a passionate graduate with a strong background in Mathematics and Physical Science? We are offering an exciting opportunity for unemployed graduates to tutor Grade 12 learners at three schools in and around Ekurhuleni.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tutoring lessons for Grade 12 learners Past paper revisions and exam preparations.
  • Provide academic support to Grade 12 high school learners in Mathematics and Physical Science in the build up to Grade 12 Preliminary examinations.
  • Conduct tutoring sessions to enhance learners’ understanding and performance.
  • Be available to host the tutoring sessions every Friday afternoon and Saturday between the months of April 2025 to June 2025. 
  • Assist with exam preparation and problem-solving strategies.
  • Be available every Friday and Saturday during the period between April to June 2025.

Requirements:

  • Currently unemployed Graduates with Maths (Third year) or Physics (Third year).
  • Previous experience as a tutor is advantageous.
  • Studying towards or completed a degree in Mathematics, Physical Science, or a qualification where these two subjects were core modules.
  • Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
