About the Reward Academy Graduate Programme:
The Reward Academy is a prestigious three-year programme aimed at transforming talented graduates into top-tier reward consultants. Participants will gain hands-on experience with leading companies across South Africa, working as part of high-performing teams to solve complex reward and remuneration challenges. By the end of the programme, graduates will be ready to advise C-suite clients with strong skills in strategy, analytics, communication, and organisation.
What you’ll do:
- Collect remuneration data and conduct market research
- Benchmark executive and non-executive remuneration
- Build financial models to guide pay decisions
- Analyse and optimise reward structures to align with strategy, regulations, and trends
- Deliver impactful reports and advice to clients
- Support client proposals, marketing efforts, and thought leadership
- Participate in discussions on ESG, fair pay, and societal impact
You’ll also benefit from in-house technical reward training and world-class soft skills development.
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed tertiary qualification (BCom, BSc, or similar)
- South African citizen or permanent resident
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proactive, client-focused mindset with excellent organisational abilities
Bonus Points for:
- Experience in remuneration, performance, or data analytics
- Advanced Excel or data analysis skills
