Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSiRA) invites South African unemployed graduates to apply for YES Internship Programme 2025.

The Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSiRA), headquartered in Centurion (Eco Park), is the statutory body responsible for regulating the private security industry in South Africa. PSiRA is excited to announce its participation in the Youth Empowerment Service (YES) Programme, designed to provide valuable work experience and opportunities for growth to unemployed youth.
Programme Overview
The YES Programme is a strategic initiative aimed at combating youth unemployment by connecting young South Africans with economic opportunities. Participants in the programme will gain 12 months of work experience and access to numerous learning opportunities that will enhance their skills and employability.
Stipend Information
- NQF 6 Stipend: R 5,000 per month
- NQF 7 Stipend: R 6,000 per month
Duration: 12 months

Essential Criteria and Conditions
- Citizenship: Applicants must be South African citizens aged between 18 and 35 years.
- Commitment: Applicants must be willing to enter into an agreement with PSiRA and the YES Programme.
- Experience: Candidates who have previously participated in a Youth Empowerment Programme (YES) or any internship programme are not eligible.
- Education: Applicants must have studied at an accredited South African educational institution in the relevant field.
