Internship Overview
This internship is designed to provide practical HR exposure across various functions. The successful candidate will play an active role in recruitment support, onboarding, administration, and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you will:
- Post and manage job ads on job boards and career pages
- Screen CVs and application forms
- Schedule and confirm candidate interviews
- Conduct background checks
- Provide feedback to candidates post-interview
- Address employee queries on benefits
- Assist in organizing company events, onboarding, and induction sessions
- Support administrative tasks including document filing, HR records, and employee applications
- Champion a healthy and positive work environment aligned with company values
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for the internship, you must have:
- A Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
