Petra Diamonds is offering internships programme for the academic year 2017 in the Mining Sector. This is 12 months long internship programme and the successful interns will receive a monthly stipends during their placements.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow a programme to gain workplace experience in the field of organisational development
- Execute project – based work related to succession planning and human resource development
- Work in designated areas according to the Mine’s Standard Operating Procedures
- Work according to the applicable Policies and Procedures
- Submit progress reports to supervisors for assessment
Skills and Competencies
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as sound interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Show initiative and be self – motivated
- Report writing skills
