The role is responsible for supporting the Internal comms head in building internal comms across the group and will manage all group wide communications channels and internal communications campaigns.
Overview
Key objectives will be to create and manage group wide communication platforms that support efforts to build an understanding of the Omnia business strategy, vision, purpose, values and philosophy and to ensure that we embed brand and culture in the organisation through deliberate, effective and efficient communication. Change management communications will be a crucial part of the role.

Duties
- Develop an internal communications plan for the group with Head of Internal Communications
- Communications to help drive efforts to create awareness and understanding of the Group business strategy, vision and purpose through effective channels
- Support internal flagship and group-wide communications campaigns with tailored and effective engagement platforms
- Support the roll out of and adoption of digital group communications channels
- Develop an engagement process and policy to assist leaders in communicating effectively and choosing the correct communications platform or channel.
- Identify existing group-wide engagement platforms and improve on the platform’s effectiveness

- Closely collaborates with HR and builds partnerships and relationships across the company to drive the employee engagement agenda and culture
- Actively drive a communications engagement calendar that covers critical business issues like safety for roll out across the group
- Measurement and monthly reporting on the performance of communications and reporting on the effectiveness of communications
- Actively helps the BU’s to understand the importance of employee engagement and how this improves performance and how this drives business results
- Develop, manage and enhance engagement & communication platforms to facilitate dialogue between leaders and staff that help translate our business objectives into business outcomes
- Develops measurement and tracking criteria and processes to effectively monitor the impact of internal engagement programmes and communications initiatives
- Monitor trends to inform the employee engagement strategy and activities
