What You Need to Apply Online
When applying online, ensure you have the following certified documents ready:
- Final Grade 11 results OR most recent Grade 12 results (June/Sept)
- Matric certificate/statement of results (if applicable)
- Diploma/degree certificates, academic records, and conduct certificates (if previously studied elsewhere)
- Your South African ID (or birth certificate if awaiting ID)
- ID of your parent/legal guardian/surety
- Signed declaration from parent/legal guardian/surety (for dependents or those without permanent employment)
Note: The Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) is listed under Undergraduate in the system.
