Job Title: Intern Human Resource Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as an Intern Human Resource Officer. The intern will be responsible for assisting the HR team in various administrative tasks, recruitment activities, employee relations, and other HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Assist in organizing employee events and activities
  • Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in conducting employee performance evaluations
  • Support in conducting exit interviews and offboarding processes

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous experience in HR or related field is a plus

This is a paid internship opportunity and the intern will gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources.
