The programme is seeking recent graduates with strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.Available vacancies are in the areas of Life Claims and Underwriting.General requirements include being driven, accountable, competent, adaptable, and computer literate.

Programme Benefits:

Participants will undergo soft skills and technical training.They will engage in day-to-day business unit tasks and participate in team-specific tasks and projects.The programme offers a 12-month fixed-term contract with a possible 12-month extension.
