Qualifications Required:

Education:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Minimum of a 1-year diploma or equivalent experience in a related field

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or operational support role, preferably in customer service & operations.
• Advantage: A proven track record of meeting First Call Resolution (FCR) requirements in a customer service environment.

Key Skills & Knowledge:

• Sales techniques
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Familiarity with relevant policies and procedures
