Marsh McLennan invites South African unemployed matriculates to apply for Learnership Programme 2024 / 2025.

Learnership Location: Pretoria, Sandton, Cape Town, Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Port Elizabeth and Stellenbosch

We are offering a limited number of opportunities to Matriculants who would like to gain workplace exposure. Our 12-month Learnership Programmegives young individuals an opportunity to study and receive on the job training.

Qualification at the end of the 12 months (Higher Certificate in Short Term Insurance)
Monthly stipend for the duration of the Learnership Programme

Requirements:

Matric/Grade 12 with English as a first or second language AND Maths or Maths Literacy
Candidates MUST be in possession of a matric certificate and/or statement of results as proof that they have passed matric in 2023 or prior
South African citizen
Between the ages of 18 and 25 years
Reside in or close to the area in which the opportunity is available
Should not have previously participated in any SETA funded initiative
Should not be participating in any post Matric studies or formal employment
