  2. Applicant Certified ID copy.
  3. Applicant Financial means of Income. (Parents/Guardian) income statement
  4. Parents death certificate (if Orphanor a single parent)
  5. Proof of residence.
  6. Parents certified ID copy.
  7. Affidavit(Stating the economic status)
  8. Institution Financial Statement.
  9. Academic Records or Matric Results
