Kropz Bursaries 2025

Kropz invites eligible South African students to submit applications for the Bursary Programme for the academic year 2025.

Bursary application closing date is 20 November 2024.

The Kropz Bursary Programme offers financial support to students from the Saldanha Bay Municipality in the Western Cape, who are planning to study in specific fields related to the mining sector in 2025. Here’s an overview of the key information and requirements for applicants:

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Kropz Bursary, applicants must meet the following conditions:

  1. Residency: You must reside within the Saldanha Bay Municipality, Western Cape.
  2. Current Status: You must be either in Matric or have completed Matric.
  3. Academic Performance: You need a minimum overall average of 65% (university exemption).
  4. Subject Requirements: A minimum result of 65% in both English and Mathematics.
  5. Field of Study: You must plan to study one of the aforementioned fields of study in 2025.
  6. Enrollment: You must be enrolled at a South African accredited institution (University or College) for 2025.
  7. Other Bursaries: You should not be receiving another bursary.
  8. Disadvantaged Background: Preference will be given to candidates from disadvantaged backgrounds.

How to Apply

  1. Download the Application Form: Get the Kropz Bursary Application Form for 2025 (.pdf).
  2. Complete the Form: Fill it out with accurate details, ensuring all sections are properly completed.
  3. Submit Supporting Documents:
    • Certified copy of your ID.
    • Certified copy of your most recent academic record.
    • Certified copy of your proof of enrollment or acceptance letter.
    • Certified copy of your proof of address.
    • Certified copy of your parent or guardian’s ID document.
  4. Submit Your Application:
    • Email your completed application and documents to jacqueline@kropz.com.
    • Use the email subject line: “Kropz Bursary 2025”.
  5. Application Deadline: Submit by 20 November 2024. Late applications will not be considered.
