John Thompson is welcoming applications from South African students for the Bursary Programme for the academic year 2024.

The John Thompson Bursary provides support to South African citizens pursuing studies in Engineering, Finance, and Information Technology. To be eligible for this bursary, applicants must meet certain criteria and submit specific documentation.

Eligibility Requirements:
- South African citizenship.
- Matric qualification.
- Currently studying in one of the specified fields.
- Maintained a minimum overall average of 60% in your studies.
- Enrolled in a recognized and accredited South African tertiary institution.
- Demonstrated financial need.
- Preference given to students entering their final year of study.
How to Apply:
There is no formal application form for this bursary. To apply, submit clear copies of the following documents:
- Certified copy of your ID document (not older than 3 months).
- Most recent academic record on the institution’s letterhead.
- Breakdown of fees/financial requirements from your tertiary institution on the institution’s letterhead.
- Proof of your parents’ or guardians’ household income (latest payslips if employed/affidavit if unemployed).
- Certified copy of proof of address/residence (not older than 3 months).
