Imerys invites unemployed youth to apply for Boilermaker Learnership Programme 2024 / 2025.

JOB SCOPE / DIMENSIONS:
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Adhering to company Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards.
- Following task-related SOPs and checklists at all times.
- Properly using documentation applicable to assigned tasks.
- Assisting the line manager with various tasks as outlined in objectives.
- Compiling daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Attending college classes on a 3-month block basis as scheduled by the company.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be aged 18-35 years and a member of a community youth group.
- Grade 12/Matric qualification.
- Minimum requirement of Boilermaker N3.
- Must be medically fit (as per the Mine Health and Safety Act).
- Must complete the Mine Health and Safety Induction successfully.
- Should be self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
