TWO exciting new opportunities have just become available in our Hollard Central, Group Finance and Assurance (Tax) area. We are looking to recruit TWO Tax Interns. The Tax Intern will be part of the
Tax team that provides technical and compliance support and provides practical business solutions to the Hollard Group by applying the relevant tax laws, rules and regulations. The Tax Intern will be exposed to Corporate Income Tax, Value-Added Tax, etc. This exposure will benefit the candidate’s career as well as their personal development and in so doing add value to Hollard as an organisation.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- No experience required
- Theoretical knowledge of Corporate income tax, Value-Added Tax, Dividends tax, Employees tax is essential
- Computer literate is a must have
- Demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks while exercising professional skepticism
- Proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback Good verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and solution driven
- Ability to work independently and work within a team
- Ability to building good working relationships with business and SARS
Requirements:
- BCom (Honours) Degree in Taxation
- No experience required
