Overall purpose of the role: Farm Foods Grain is offering 2x Maize Milling Learnerships. The Learnership is a structured learning program that combines practical and theoretical learning in an integrated program.
Key tasks:
- Monitor execution of the Milling process as well as Good Manufacturing Practices;
- Ensure input Quality;
- Assist with Mill maintenance;
- Adherence to quality requirements, and GMP, Safety and Hygiene standards
- Work in all sections of the Mill, for maximum exposure;
- Act as GWK Ambassador.
Requirements:
- The candidate must have the following:
- Grade 12 certificate with Mathematics and Science
- No prior work experience
- Self-Motivated
- Ability to interact and work effectively in teams
- We are looking for energetic, motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team.
