In line with the Company’s Social and Labour Plans as well as Employment Equity targets, successful candidates will come from the local communities where Glencore Operations South Africa Coal Division-owned and managed operations are located.The successful candidates must be in possession of a valid certificate of fitness or be fit enough to obtain one prior to commencement in this role as this is a requirement of the Mine Health & Safety Act.
