Gert Sibande TVET College invites unemployed graduates to apply for CETA Internship Programme 2024 / 2025.

The Construction Education and Training Authority (CETA), in partnership with Gert Sibande TVET College, is offering exciting internship opportunities for National Certificates Vocational (NCV) graduates in various organizations within the Gert Sibande Region. This internship is specifically for candidates in the Civil Engineering and Building Construction field, and the duration of the internship is 12 months (from 1 December 2024 to 30 November 2025).
Internship Details:
- Field of Study: Civil Engineering and Building Construction NQF Level 2 – 4 (Completed)
- Duration: 12 months (01 Dec 2024 – 30 Nov 2025)
- Location: Gert Sibande Region
- Stipend: Provided for the internship period (no guarantee of permanent employment afterward)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a South African citizen
- Aged between 18-35 years
- Must be unemployed and not studying, planning to study, or engaged in any training or learnership during the internship period
- N6 Report 191 (Nated) graduates are not eligible
- Only Gert Sibande TVET College NCV graduates are eligible
- No criminal record
- People with disabilities are encouraged to apply (attach a medical certificate)
Required Documents:
- A recently updated CV
- Originally certified copies of certificates or statements of results (no older than 6 months)
- Originally certified ID document
- Medical certificate for candidates with disabilities
Note:
- Successful candidates will be contacted via SMS.
- Those who fail to attend induction or placement will be eliminated from future placements.
- The college reserves the right to make the final decision.
