REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Driver’s License (Added Benefit)
- Current and Valid Registration with HPCSA as (BAA / ILS / ECT / ECA)
- Candidates will be assessed with a formal written test, Interview
- Valid RSA ID Document
DUTIES:
- Ensure compliance with all policies and standard operating procedures of the Department of Health and Gauteng EMS
- Ensure attendance to all dispatched emergency calls timeously.
- Ensure adherence to EMS and HPCSA procedures.
- Attend to emergency incidents, coordinate and treat patients and other emergencies within the operational area.
- Undertake any other duties as allocated by management
- Maintain a high standard of customer etiquette and communication medium with customers or clients.
- Ensure the station is compliant to EMS regulations
- Attend trainings identified by employer
