Procurement (Supply Chain) Graduate

QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade 12
• Candidate must have either a BTech or Degree in Supply Chain Management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Medically Fit
• Pass Client Screening, which includes criminal record screening Pass Client Induction
• Unemployed
• Be willing to do psychometric assessments.
• Fraser Alexander will do background screening of qualifications Candidate must not have been in a similar graduate programme before
• Successful candidates must be willing to relocate to any Fraser Alexander Sites within South Africa

Human Resources Graduate

PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

The incumbent will gain exposure to the following areas of Human Resource Management:

• Recruitment and Selection
• Policy Implementation
• Employee file maintenance and record keeping
• Labour relations and disciplinary matters
• HR Information Systems
• HR Metrics and Reporting

• BA/BCom Honours in Human Resource Management, Masters qualification preferred
