Foskor Bursaries 2025
Foskor invites South African students to apply for Bursaries Programme 2025 academic year.
Bursary Application closing date is 22 January 2025
Foskor is inviting talented and deserving students to apply for their bursary programme, which will be awarded for Bachelor’s Degree studies in the following fields for the 2025 academic year:
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronic Engineering
- Law
- Mechanical Engineering
- Metallurgy
- Mine Survey
- Mining Engineering
Bursary Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Foskor Bursary, you must meet the following requirements:
- Matric Completion: You must have completed your Matric.
- Matric Results: You must have achieved at least 60% for Mathematics and Science (Higher Grade) in your Matric.
- Full-time Study: You must be studying full-time towards an undergraduate Bachelor’s Degree in one of the listed fields.
- Accredited Institution: You must be studying at a recognised and accredited South African university.
- No Other Bursary Funding: You must not be receiving any other bursary funding.
How to Apply
If you meet all the eligibility criteria, you can apply for the Foskor Bursary by emailing the following documents to bursariesphb@foskor.co.za with the subject line “FOSB2025”:
- Certified Copy of your ID Document
- Certified Copy of your Matric Certificate
- Shortened Curriculum Vitae (1 page) including your contact details
- Proof of registration at your tertiary institution, showing your field of study (on the institution’s letterhead)
Note: No application form is required. Please ensure all documents are submitted as incomplete applications will be disqualified.
Selection Process
- Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by 28 February 2025.
- If you do not receive any feedback by this date, please regard your application as unsuccessful.
