Job Purpose: The role involves providing telephonic or other media-based customer service and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming/outgoing customer calls and queries in adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to a culture of service excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Comply with regulations, governance requirements, and adhere to processes and procedures.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and meet/exceed customer expectations.
- Resolve customer queries effectively and provide product/service information.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a call centre environment.
- Experience in long-term insurance customer service.
- Handling client queries via email or telephone regarding policy amendments.
