What You’ll Do
As a Call Centre Intern, your responsibilities will include:
- Addressing and resolving customer queries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Delivering excellent customer service by meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs).
- Managing work schedules and attending meetings when required.
- Taking ownership of customer complaints and ensuring resolution.

Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) – Essential
- 1+ year of call centre experience – Advantageous
