Successful candidates will report to the Manager: Cabin Service and be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable safety procedures and policies
- Delivering a positive passenger experience
- Upholding a high level of integrity and professional conduct
- Maintaining high administrative and operational standards
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Non-negotiable valid certifications:
- SACAA Cabin Crew License
- Avmed DD50 Medical Certificate
- Dangerous Goods Certificate
- Ditching Certificate
- Fire Fighting Certificate
- Valid SA driver’s license and own vehicle
- Level 4 English language proficiency
- Medically fit and able to swim
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Personal Attributes:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-service oriented with high integrity
- Professional, diplomatic, and composed under pressure
- Immaculately groomed (no visible tattoos; strict adherence to uniform standards)
- Reliable time management
