Minimum Qualifications and Experience for the HR Internship:
To be eligible for this HR Internship, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Background: A minimum of N6, Diploma, or Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential for this role.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and professional interactions with employees and management.
