FEM is inviting unemployed graduates to apply for YES Internship Programme 2024 / 2025.

FEM is committed to supporting efforts aimed at building an inclusive South African economy through supporting the (YES) Youth Employment Service Programme. The YES Programme is a business-led collaboration with government which seeks to reduce youth unemployment across private and public sectors.
Our objective is to give opportunities to South African youth to develop new skills and gain workplace experience, over a 12-month period which will in turn significantly improve their chances of finding long-term employment post the programme. We have opportunities within our Pensions, Claims, Quality Assurance and Registry departments.
The following YES Programmes are open for applications:
YES Internships – Claims
- Education Requirement: Grade 12 / Matric certificate
NB. Preference will be given to candidates with Administration or any related qualification.
YES Internships – Operations
- Education Requirement: Grade 12 / Matric certificate
NB. Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications in the following disciplines: (Health and Safety, Project Management, Insurance, Sales and Marketing)
YES Internships – IT
- Education Requirement: Grade 12 / Matric certificate
NB. Preference will be given to candidates with an IT qualification.
Selection Criteria:
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must hold a valid ID document
- Must be unemployed
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years old
