Faurecia invites applicants to apply for Finance Internship for 2021. The duration of this Internship is 12 months.

Intenrship Location: Port Elizabeth, Gauteng
THE MAIN MISSIONS OF THE ROLE ARE TO:
- Support the Operations Controller during monthly closings : data collection and consolidation, preparation of reports and analysis of variances
- Carry out daily checks & reports, to ensure timeous measurement of variances
- Follow-up industrial KPIs and highlight the gaps vs targets
- Supporting the co-ordinating of all ICB ( internal control) activities within the plant & adherence to timelines
- Be involved in continuous improvement and best practices deployment
- Carry out and participate to specific analysis, as directed by Controlling team
- Participate in the preparation of the Annual Budget and Strategic Plan
- Participate in the annual financial year-end audit
- Graduate Training Project – Mono Margin Analysis
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a specialization in Auditing and Management Accounting/Costing; A bcom C3 would be advantageous (Manacc, Accounting, Auditing, Tax);
- Please include a copy of your academic report
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Power Point, Word
- A first experience in Management Accounting would be advantageous
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Strong analytical skills and rigor, agile with figures
- Results-oriented, committed team-player
- Willingness to grow in a high pressure environment
- International mindset
- Fluent in English
- Available to commence work immediately if successful
- Fully mobile, for relocation, if required
- Any experience in doing articles will be advantageous
- Any manufacturing and/or automative manufacturing experience, would be advantageous
- Must be a South Africa citizen
