Ekurhuleni West TVET College invites unemployed graduates to apply for Management Assistant Traineeship Internship Programme 2024.

Post Description:
- Management Assistant – assisting in all administration and office tasks and duties as assigned, including:
- Receiving telephone calls;
- Rendering customer service;
- Information processing (memoranda, letters, e-mail, internet, minutes, etc.);
- Filing of documentation and records;
- Collection of post/faxes and distribution to relevant staff, as required;
- Data capturing;
- Assisting with registration of students;
- ITS capturing.
Minimum requirements:
- Senior Certificate and N6 Management Assistant.
Nature of appointment:
- 18 Months.
Stipend:
- R 4,200.00 per month (stipend).

Candidates are to complete and submit by hand:
- A NEW Z83: Application for Employment form (effective from 01 January 2021 – those who use the old Z83 form will be disqualified) , and obtainable from any Public Service Department, or here: Z83: Application for Employment Form).
The form must be accompanied by:
- A comprehensive CV with three contactable references and email addresses;
- Original certified copies of academic record (transcript);
- Original certified copies of Matric certificate and Certificates for N4-N6;
- Original certified copy of Identity Document (both sides for smart card);
- Certification should not be older than three (3) months.
