ECLB Internship Programme – 11 Posts

Stipend: R 6 500.00 per month for 24 months

The Eastern Cape Liquor Board (ECLB) invites unemployed graduates aged between 18 and 35 to apply for the Internship Programme. Successful candidates will receive on-the-job training for 24 months, preparing them for the formal job market.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • South African citizenship
  • Age: 18-35
  • Completed Degree/National Diploma (NQF 6), Honours, or Masters in a relevant field
  • Must not have participated in any Public Service internship

Alcohol Harm Reduction Project Facilitators – 17 Posts

Stipend: R 6 500.00 per month for 24 months

The ECLB seeks graduates aged 18-35 to work on the Alcohol Harm Reduction Project across Eastern Cape higher education institutions.

Key Requirements:

  • South African citizenship
  • Age: 18-35
  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Completed Degree/National Diploma (NQF 6), Honours, or Masters from an accredited institution

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run anti-alcohol abuse campaigns
  • Manage and coordinate university projects
  • Provide reporting and feedback to the Social Accountability Division
  • Organize anti-alcohol events and liaise with external stakeholders
  • Motivate teams and communicate anti-alcohol abuse messages effectively
