Requirements
National Senior Certificate, National Diploma (NQF level 6) / B. Degree (NQF Level 7 as recognized by SAQA) with Auditing and Accounting as major subjects. 1-2 years’ practical and relevant experience in an internal auditing environment. Added Advantage: member of the IIA(SA), completed IAT or PIA qualification. Valid code 8 Driving license is essential.
Duties
Document system descriptions, perform walkthrough tests and develop audit procedures. Execute audit procedures through audit testing. Discuss audit exceptions and compile factual audit exceptions/areas of improvements with practical recommendations. Update audit files and ensure proper referencing and cross-referencing. Communicate all issues with the supervisor and auditee continuously.
