Eastern Cape Department of Health, Pharmaceutical Services invites applications for Pharmacists Internship positions for 2021.
The following documents should accompany the completed choice form(attached):
- Z83
- Curriculum Vitae
- Proof of residence
- A motivation letter forhospital pharmacy
- Certified copy of Identity Document or Passport
- Certified copy of Grade 12 certificate
- Certified copy of Academic Record
- Certified copy of SAPC registration certificate as a Pharmacy Student
- Proof of registration at the University for 2020

NOTE: Due to the COVID pandemic and level 4 regulations gazetted by the National Government, the Eastern Cape of Department will allow applications for Pharmacy Internship to be directed via hand delivery to the relevant Centre or emailed to: recruitmentheadoffice@echealth.gov.za. On the subject line, quote Pharmacy Internship Programme 2021.
