Key Responsibilities
As a Data Capturer, your duties will include:
- Data Capturing Services
- Receive and record data
- Enter data from available records into formats such as databases, tables, and spreadsheets
- Data Verification Services
- Verify and address any missing data or errors during data entry
- Review and validate all data for accuracy
- Data Management Services
- Make regular backups of data
- Update registers and statistics
- Record-Keeping Services
- Maintain and secure records and files
- Ensure information is well-organized and easily accessible
- Provide necessary information to various departments
