Requirements:
- LLB Degree or a four (4) year recognized legal qualification.
- Knowledge of Maintenance Act, family law matters, and maintenance system.
- Valid driver’s license.
Duties:
- Perform duties under the Maintenance Act.
- Obtain financial information for maintenance enquiries.
- Guide Maintenance Investigators.
- Appear in Maintenance Court for proceedings.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g., Estates Act, Insolvency Act).
Duties:
- Manage administration of deceased estates, insolvent estates, trusts, and curatorships.
- Provide strategic direction and monitor policy implementation.
