Job Title: Finance and Admin Officer (1 Year Contract)Job Description: Contour Enviro Group is seeking a Finance and Admin Officer for a 1-year contract position in Somerset West. We are a dynamic environmental organization and are looking for a candidate who is willing to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. The role involves providing essential financial and administrative support to our finance and operations department.Core Responsibilities:

Provide indispensable administrative support and facilitate communication between the finance and operations departments.Contribute to the efficient functioning of the organization.Gain practical insights into financial operations.Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.Build a solid foundation for a career in finance within the corporate sector.

Requirements:

Relevant qualification in finance or Accounting at NQF level 6.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, preferably knowledgeable in Power Query, Outlook).Knowledge of accounting systems is an advantage.Dedication and attention to detail.Understanding of Income Tax, VAT, and Payroll Taxes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Understanding of bank reconciliations.Ability to work under pressure in a continuously evolving work environment.Ability to communicate and write in English.Driver’s license is an additional advantage.
